Inspection Comments |
PRIOR OPENED FACILITY IS REOPENING UNDER THIS NEW NAME AND MENU. CONDUCTED A WALK-THRU OF FACILITY AS PART OF THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION.
TEMPERATURES OF THE COOLERS AND FREEZERS ONSITE AT THIS TIME WERE TAKEN. OVERALL THE ESTABLISHMENT LOOKS TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. MOVING FORWARD, PLEASE SEE THE FEW ITEMS TO REVIEW: 1) DEEP CLEAN AL EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO STOCKING FOOD. 2) MAKE SURE THE WALLS IN THE KITCHEN ARE SMOOTH AND FREE OF ANY CRACKS/CREVICES FROM MOVING EQUIPMENT AROUND 3) MAKE SURE ALL VILLAGE INSPECTORS SIGN THE REFERRAL SHEET. AT THIS TIME I GRANT THE FACILITY PERMISSION TO ORDER STOCK FOR DELIVERY CLOSE TO THE DATE OF THE FINAL INSPECTION. FACILITY IS WANTING TO OPEN THE FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER. |
